This statement doesn't make any sense. Are you sure you don't have the
plugin configured to use the filesystem source on Funambol rather than
your GroupDAV source?

What is the logging level set to? You should be able to see the
GroupDAV exchange in the logs.

What is " Store"?

This directory exists and Fumanbol has permissions? Files are created
there when you try to sync.
