 Like it or not, GroupDAV is bigger than just you.  As a leader, it is 
your responsibility to arbitrate to concensus rather than simply making 
broad declarations on behalf of the rest of us -- even if that concensus 
is as simple as "no official position."  
   
 If a top-down approach was your intention then it should have been called 
"OGo sync protocol" rather than GroupDAV.  
   
 Forgive me if I'm a *bit* defensive about this topic, but it's a bit of a 
sore spot.
