[GroupDAV] OGo + GroupDAV connector woes

I was unaware that the libs had at some point been included in the
s4j... :). Anyway, it would be so much easier if the connector would be
a single package (s4j) - I have always struggled when installing the
connector, even though I've used it / tried to use it from almost day one.
When the connector is working reliably for me, I'll write a thorough
article to OGo Documentation Plone about installing, using and
troubleshooting the GroupDAV connector.
