No. However, there is a recommendation from the OMA on how to properly
format all day events using SyncML and vCal, which involves formatting dtend
as 24:00[1]. The connector now sends this under vCal mode. Theres also been
some adjustments to how all day ical2 events are detected to ensure all day
events are passed along from older zidestore versions.

>From testing with Synthesis all day events passed to/from various
client/servers do seem to work fine.
