[GroupDAV] Funambol 6.0 and other connector updates - Plea

Tasks aren't supported in the connector either, when we moved to using
Funambol's kit throughout it didn't have any code for parsing vCal tasks so
it was coded but not finished while I pondered how to work around that
limitation. With v6 now supporting tasks fully it will certainly be
supported some time in the future.
