[GroupDAV] Funambol GroupDAV connector: OGo ATTENDEE fields get stripped away

Code is now in git ( http://repo.or.cz/w/funambol-groupdav-connector.git ).
I've also carried over ORGANIZER for the benefit of Citadel users.
