[GroupDAV] Alarms in Funambol Calendar Sync

Alarms should not be transmitted back and forth to the server per the
GroupDAV spec, but it can be done. I'll get back to you with an
'alarm-enabled version'. Its another thing that will need some merge code
like the organizer properties too.

I'm also looking for comments on how alarms could be retained by the
connector (not sent to server) as some would need them for backup. I'll
probably have them stored in a .properties file in the store dir
