[GroupDAV] Building GroupDAV connector

An update re the build system: I'm considering moving the build system to
Maven which should make the build process for others much easier given the
number of external dependencies we have. Funambol builds using Maven too
which is a positive.

There is now a rudimentary optional alarm implementation in git. Funambol
only gives me display alarms to work with so any audio alarms will be
ignored. (This isn't an issue on my Treo 600 where Synthesis will create an
audio alarm anyway). There is merge code to retain any alarms on the server,
and if anyone needs to lock down alarm circulation to certain spaces (i.e
personal events only), they can do so in the future by overriding a method
in the connector.
