[OGo-MacOSX] Why does SOPE 4.5 depend on /usr/local/lib ?

You can ignore those. Its exactly what the warning says, /usr/local/ 
lib does not exist (its in the library search path of the makefiles).

There is no such dependency.

IMHO its an unnecessary (/useless) warning of the Darwin ld and  
should be fixed there.
