We had several attempts for this. The basic problem is that we have  
no running test installation of Asterisk which "just works".  
Especially annoying in this context are firewall complexities (eg I  
have NAT/Firewalls at home as well as in the company).

So while I think that the dial-plugin should be rather trivial, we  
have no time to setup a working Asterisk in our environment.
