Were did you get sope-4.5 ?

$ which sope-4.5
no sope-4.5 in /bin /sbin /usr/bin /usr/sbin /usr/local/bin /usr/=20
local/teTeX/bin/powerpc-apple-darwin-current /usr/local/pgsql/bin /=20
usr/local/teTeX/bin/powerpc-apple-darwin-current

I have also build SOPE-4.5 with gnu-make (from the root folder - this =20=

make works also for me).
