From macosx@opengroupware.org Thu Nov 8 00:02:15 2007 From: macosx@opengroupware.org (Mark Asbach) Date: Thu, 08 Nov 2007 01:02:15 +0100 Subject: [OGo-MacOSX] iCal / Leopard and oGo Message-ID: Hi there, I'm not really sure these are the correct mailing lists for my =20 question - if not, please redirect me ;-) We have deployed oGo on a ubuntu edgy machine for our chair. This =20 means about 20 users with various different clients. In the past, most =20= people used Apple iCal subscriptions, some used Outlook (zidelook =20 plugin), two use kontact. Obviously kontact as available in ubuntu =20 edgy but also newer doesn't really feature a working GroupDAV / CalDAV =20= backend - we could only get it to work as read-only subscribing =20 iCalendar files (as the old Apple iCal). Now two users including me =20 have upgraded to Mac OS X Leopard and we hoped that we could now =20 finally use read/write access to oGo calendars. However, this seems to =20= be not fully working: - It looks like I have to create accounts for every group that I want =20= to access (?) - Creating an appointment works, moving or deleting it doesn't: =20 'ghost' copies remain until I delete them via web interface - Availability of other users can't be checked from iCal Is there a way to help ruling out these compatibility problems?
