I want to look to others calendars in Outlook. So I have for example two users Peter, John and Paul. I'd like to know how can Peter look to John's and Paul's calendar in Outlook. Thanks in advance. Or just use the public calendar if you want to share everything. The cache is maintained automatically. Just properly increase the object_version field when "directly" changing the database. When I create it and click save and close I have an error message in french "Not possible to store availability information" and after a short message in german which is "Ubekannter Felher". Where should I have a look at ? I've been talking with Frank Reppin about that for a while but I have no answears yet, not that it has to be done for yesterday but I'd like to know if it has to do with my installation (Fedora Core 4 btw) or with the software. Also another things which is not working in when I create tasks in outlook and add comments that are more then one line long, it just does not work, would that be ok to upgrade the comment field of task to handle comment longer then one line ? Except those two issues I think the software is great ! Don't know what this is about. Haven't seen it. Availability is not "stored" with OGo, OGo calculates the availability from the stored data itself. Do you use ZideLook as the first primary storage provider? Do you also have a PST file configured? I think ZideLook can't be used as a primary, not 100% sure whether thats true for the latest versions. > Where should I have a look at ? It sounds like this is some kind of Outlook error. Outlook doesn't provide a lot of ways to track down errors, unfortunately. > I've been talking with Frank Reppin about that > for a while but I have no answears yet, not that it has to be done > for yesterday > but I'd like to know if it has to do with my installation (Fedora > Core 4 btw) or > with the software. Probably a configuration/setup/software issue on the Outlook side, not on the server. > Also another things which is not working in when I create tasks in > outlook and > add comments that are more then one line long, it just does not > work, would that > be ok to upgrade the comment field of task to handle comment longer > then one > line ? Does it work for appointments? I think it should work just fine, don't know why it wouldn't. In the database the comment is stored in a TEXT field, so it should be able to store arbitary amounts of comment information.
