[OGo-Outlook] What happened to my shared calendars?

I restarted my server, and I've lost my shared calendars within Outlook.
At one point, I managed to get to a shared calendar with an old shortcut
with Outlook, but then the shortcut disappeared. (That's been another
issue that I haven't really worried about. I'll save that for later.) In
any case, I normally get to the shared calendars by using the "folder"
list view in Outlook, and expanding the "groups" item. Now, when I start
Outlook, I see the "plus sign" beside "groups," but it goes away once
Outlook is fully started. Everything on the web-interface side looks
fine. I can get to the shared calendars through it just like I ought to.
The problem is apparently limited to Outlook. I don't know where to
start in tracking this down, and I'm limited for time, so I've not done
all the work I *could* before writing this. Note that I'm running v1.2.4
of the plugin.
