It is mostly working fine but one of the users has a problem where every now and then when she tries to send an email the zidelook setup screen pops up. She then needs to press cancel 2~3 times before it goes away. The email is sent but it is annoying. Her outlook can access the OGo server with no problem. The screen that pops up has all of the default settings you would expect to see from a new setup. I have recently installed Instant Ogo SBE with = ZideLook for 5 seats.

On my workstation I have Windows XP Professional with = Outlook 2003 and the latest ZideLook connector.

 

The problem is that all appointments created from = Outlook calendar are starting one hour later when looking the OpenGroupware web interface = and items created using the web interface are showing to start one hour earlier in = the Outlook calendar.

 

NSGlobalDomain TimeZoneName is set to = “GMT” and my pc is running GMT+02:00 Timezone (Helsinki).

 

The value of LSTimeZones =A0is set to =A0( EET = )

Everything OK. I am now testing the Outlook 2003 with ZideLook 2.0.1. In the Outlook, no folders are visible. Only Public with no subfolders. Tried without any SP and with SP2. Where is the problem? If I copy contacts, not all fields are copied. Every record is copied, but some fields are empty, for instance Bussines phone or Job title... There are around 6000 contacts so manual copy is somehow not an option. Is there any way to get theese contacts to OgO? With regards, Ales Horvat
