ZideLook can't really move objects between folders (I'm not sure whether MAPI itself allows moving objects, but I suppose it does). It will always recreate and then delete them. So what I think happens is that the old task is archived while a new task is created. Hard to tell w/o logfile information. Not being able to expand is usally the result of new Outlook MAPI properties (this fact is logged in the SX ZideStore logfile). > Could these be related to licensing for the zidelook plug-in? I had no boxes checked for saving/publishing free/busy info. What I didn't do was to address the an ogo address book for Outlook to use. Once I did this I no longer received the 'unable to save free/time busy information'. The problem that remains is that when I create an appointment or meeting request and I go to schedule, if I select 'refresh free/busy time' then all of a sudden I have no free/busy time information. That happens even if I already had some free/busy time showing on the calendar. So, I create a calendar entry and save it. Go and create a 2nd calendar entry, go to scheduling and see that the calendar entry I just saved is there. Meaning that my free/busy time information is there. Then I goto options and select 'refresh free/busy time' and presto, chango my free/busy time is gone. Now I have hash marks instead. And this last time that I did it, I was able to create a 2nd appointment at the exact same time as one that's already there, without Outlook telling me that there was a conflict. What's going on here? Mmmm, testing I do see something wrong. If I create an appointment I can add people from the address book (specifically from the accounts folder). Free/Busy information seems to load. If I save the appointment and go back in I don't seem to have any F/B. And if I right click on a contact and select "Lookup Contact" I just get a little error message "Could not find a contact with this e-mail address".
