[OGo-Outlook] Ms Office Outlook unable to expand the folder

For some users I receive the following error message:

MS Office Outlook unable to expand the folder.  500 Internal Server 
Error.  Happened when trying to expand the 'groups' folder.  Also, for 
the same user, when I click on either contacts or companies I get the 
error 'Unable to display the folder.  404 not found'.  Could these be 
related to licensing for the zidelook plug-in?  I have about 30 or so 
users I need to connect to ogo via the Outlook/Zidelook plug-in.  So far 
I have about 5 or 6 connected.
