[OGo-Outlook] Ms Office Outlook unable to expand the folder

It looks like the problem may be our licensing.  Within the log file is 
a statement for a user I just added is this line:

Oct 02 20:48:30 ZideStore [17083]: <0x084EBEF4[SxAuthenticator]> your 
license.key does not allow an additional ZideStore user (licensed=5 
users, active=5 users)
Oct 02 20:48:30 ZideStore [17083]: |SxUserFolder:xxxx| ERROR: got no 
SKYRiX context from authenticator: <SxAuthenticator 0x84ebef4>
