[OGo-Outlook] Problem viewing "public" subfolders in Outlook

When I connect to OGo from Outlook, The "public" folder appears in the 
"mail" view, but the subfolders (accounts, calendar, contacs, etc.) are 
gone. I don't see anything that seems pertinent in the logs. Any idea 
what's going on?

At first, the little "+" symbol shows up next to public, but it 
disappears as soon as you try to click on it or select the public 
folder. Weird, huh?
