I have another problem: the plus next to the Groups folder is missing... so I can't access the groups contacts/calendar, etc. I read in a prevous post that it relates to a new mapi tag which is not supported by zidestore. Is there a workaround? Could I open directly the group contacts folder? This happens on a windows 2003 with outlook 2003 sbe in french. Well, does your logfiles report an unknown tag? What (exact!) Windows, Outlook versions do you use? If its indeed a new MAPI tag, the software must be updated. Sigh, which ones! ;-) Please report all the missing tags you find in your logfiles, so that we can add them (best way to do this is reporting a bug in the OGo Bugzilla). > I guess I've got the last version of zidestore... I've got the > 2.0.3 in english. Thats the ZideLook (plugin) version. The MAPI tags are processed by the ZideStore server. Ensure that you have the latest version of the Skyrix ZideStore (eg by contacting Skyrix support). You can also go to http://{server}:8050/zidestore/so/{username}/ - in on the bottom line it says the version, who it is licensed to, and how many licenses are installed. But it only shows the major & minor version numbers. :( > Should I upgrade some packages? I know I can upgrade some but was worried to > break my configuration... I read in another post that MAPI tags are linked > to the OS!?! Well, yes. It depends on a lot of things. A MAPI message can store arbitary properties and sometimes Office or Windows service (or language!) packs change the tags being used (usually add new features, eg colored appointments in OL 2003). Other Outlook plugins can also affect the used tags (because they often attempt to store additional stuff in custom MAPI properties). Greets, Helge -- Helge Hess http://www.helgehess.eu/
