The stuff you have shown below is good. Ask Skyrix support whether  
thats the current one.

Well, yes. It depends on a lot of things. A MAPI message can store  
arbitary properties and sometimes Office or Windows service (or  
language!) packs change the tags being used (usually add new  
features, eg colored appointments in OL 2003).
Other Outlook plugins can also affect the used tags (because they  
often attempt to store additional stuff in custom MAPI properties).
