I don't think you can do this using ZideLook.

The accounts associated with a group should show up in the group  
folder, yes.

Groups are groups of accounts, not groups of contacts. Maybe you want  
to create a category or something, don't know.

Anyways, for bulk changes you can use the XML-RPC API plus your  
favorite scripting language.
