But the MAPI error shows up even when one of the other computers with no add-ons connects, and it is always the same MAPI-ID. We all run the same software. Peter p.s. I did report it to skyrix, and they told me to install the latest which I did. Being as I am on the West Coast of California and skyrix support is in Germany it takes a while to go back and forth with them. I was trying to debug the other errors as well so I thought I would ask here. -----Original Message----- From: outlook-admin@opengroupware.org [mailto:outlook-admin@opengroupware.org] On Behalf Of Helge Hess Sent: Wednesday, September 12, 2007 2:01 PM To: outlook@opengroupware.org Subject: Re: [OGo-Outlook] ZideStore Errors On 12.09.2007, at 19:30, Peter Duda wrote: > that I have questions about. > The first is the NEW MAPI-ID errors. That doesn't sound very good. You should probably file a bugreport with Skyrix. That means cachePrefixInContext from SxContactSetIdentifier returned an empty string; I'd guess something went wrong before this point. Well - it is crashing if the Zidestore service fails after 20,000 of these messages - which it does with no additional errors in the log. The above notice is the last line in the log. > > The error file prints this line 20,000 times before crashing. > > That doesn't sound very good. Yes - am sure. Although a couple of weeks ago I did notice some behavior that smelled a lot like a processor getting flaky. Haven't noticed it since (and no funny logs elsewhere), but I wonder if that is why Zidestore is returning a empty string and then heading off to LA LA LAND. I will look into this, and also see if I can do anything to replicate the shutdown. After some time I found time to test it some more. First, contact on sale told me plugin is compatible with Office 2007, but it is not, it always crahes while opening one calendar. And docu in download folder is way to old for new plugin... In plugin there is the "special" tree view in the examples which is not in plugin 2.1 on Outlook 2003. Will there be a new docu? And: After added the OGo server via plugin, I see 10 calendars which are all named "calendar" - can´t the name being read out? And a special wish: is there a possibility to clone a date from one calendar into another via outlook? E.G. drag and drop from one to another calendar in outlook works fine, but it moves it, I need a "copy" - any hint?
