[OGo-Outlook] plugin 2.1 outlook 2003

Hi!

After some time I found time to test it some more.
First, contact on sale told me plugin is compatible with Office 2007,
but it is not, it always crahes while opening one calendar.

And docu in download folder is way to old for new plugin...
In plugin there is the "special" tree view in the examples which is not
in plugin 2.1 on Outlook 2003.
Will there be a new docu?
And: After added the OGo server via plugin, I see 10 calendars which are
all named "calendar" - can´t the name being read out?

And a special wish: is there a possibility to clone a date from one
calendar into another via outlook?
E.G. drag and drop from one to another calendar in outlook works fine,
but it moves it, I need a "copy" - any hint?
