[SOGo] 404 when putting vCards with internat. chars in UTF-8

Hi.

I'm trying to migrate some data from OGo to SOGo. I get a 404 when
putting .vcf files with international chars. The file is in UTF-8.
Apache has AddDefaultCharset UTF-8. I'm using cadaver client.
