[SOGo] Inverse branch: Error 400 creating/accesing folders

Hi.

I updated my SOGo to rev. 1403. I get "can't not resolve 'Contact'
into ... This happens also with the other types of data (Appointment).

I'm using SOPE svn r1620 with patches applied.

I created a new fresh database, and no default personal folders are
created. May it be that the content type (data type) names have changed?
