I think no one is working on that. And more, there aren't .strings files
posted for those languages, as far as I know.

Well, this is supposed to be used by the LSWMail bundle (that is,
WebUI/Mailer/LSWMail/). I would be surprised if it wouldn't be used at
all, though - as always - some strings might be deprecated.

Well, I placed on each string of this file a seed ("LM-") and by no
means I see it in the WebUI (ptBR). So I am just wandering if this file
is used at all, or it is perhaps used in something else than the
WebUI.... All mail related strings I got are from OGo-Mail-.strings and
such.
