Dear Pejvan,

i've just checked out and updated from CVS the sources of the website 
and i've seen an "users" folders in the "fr" folder so it makes me 
decide to work on this folder to complete it.
I've not looked yet for the file encoding in ISO-8859-1 or ISO-8859-15 
and i dont't know what it consists in so can you explain me how to deal 
with 8bits characters ?
