Description of problem:
Some buttons in Opengroupware don't have an entry in any of the .strings files:

The ones I can find right now are:
- in 'new mail' the 'Browse...' button at the bottom
- in 'preferences'->'edit' the 'Browse...' button

For the above in english an icon is shown, in dutch a text button.

- in 'contacts' the 'import' button near the top on tabs 'favorites', 'search'
and 'full text'
- in 'companies' the same as the latter entry

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.mark all value entries in the .string files (eg. number them)
2.restart ogo
3.browse through the web ui
    

Actual Results:  The mentioned buttons show without the number attatched to the
text string

Expected Results:  A number should have been visible if the entry was in one of
the .strings files
