[OGo-Translation] Heads Up! .strings now in UTF-8

What I wanted is somethink like:
cvs -d :ext:braklo@cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/oo-sk co extras

this checks out the extras module
then I do just
cvs update
cvs import
cvs commit.....
