[OGo-Translation] translating OGo to Slovak

OK this is good enough for me. So I will start translation as mentioned (in=
=20
latin-1) and correct it later when ever OGo is ready for latin 2 or UTF-8.
Is there any official procedure to handle the translation (cvs .....) or I=
=20
just translate the .string files copy it to appropriate directory in my OGo=
=20
instalation?
