Hi, with respect to the new additions of

English|German.lproj/LSWScheduler.strings: added labels for
	  participant roles: partRole_CHAIR, partRole_NON-PARTICIPANT,
	  partRole_OPT-PARTICIPANT, partRole_REQ-PARTICIPANT

what will be the common sense for a "non-participant" of a meeting? 
Is it an individual that only "need-to-know" about the meeting? sort of a "CC:" or "BCC:"?

what else?
