AFAIK, the return receipt language is not tied to the interface language. You
must define your own return receipt text in the mail preferences. Remove the
german text and insert your own.

The system default return receipt defaut (no pun intended) is "mail_MDN_text"

Defaults write ogo-webui-1.0a mail_MDN_text "<your text>"
