Well, actually the MDN should not change with the preferences language as the
language depends on the _recipient_, not on the sender of the MDN.

So IMHO the MDN should always be in English. Maybe in more eleborate setups we
might want to check the contacts database on the language of the receiver, but
this might be overkill ...

I'll keep it in the issue queue for later consideration.
