OK, since the current (svn1052) strings files show the end-user "Categories",
and since "Categories" has been decided on via discuss-, the files can stay
as-is.  I've obsoleted the attachments on this bug, and I've changed it to the
product "OpenGroupware.org" with a priority of "normal", severity of "enhancement".

I'm going to suggest that this bug be aimed at making the code and programming
labels more consistent by changing any variables from "_keywords" to
"_categories" to make things easier to follow in future versions of code, and
eliminate confusion.  This can probably be pushed out to 1.2.

Thanks, and sorry for any confusion caused by this bug.  I was under the
impression that "keywords" and "categories" were seperate properties.
