[OGo-Translation] Swedish translation

Hello everybody,

If noone is currently working on a swedish translation of the application, I
volounteer. I am setting up an instance of OGO at work for testing, and
would really need a swedish translation. :-)

Is it possible to do and test the translation with only a "production"
environment, where I create a "Svenska.lproj" folder with strings in it, or
do I need to have the complete source code?
