Some .strings files are _almost_ duplicates of others. This happened  
in the past when a module (like the webmailer) got split into  
separate modules. Usually the .strings file just got copied.

While its a bit annoying its not a really big problem since you can  
easily track the changes between them using 'diff'. And the files  
don't change that often anyways.
