OpenSUSE kommt per default mit pilot-link 0.12.1 ...und leider
compiled der nhsd hier nichtmehr:

Wenn - wie scheinbar in Deinem System - ein evt. 'eigener'
pilot-link 0.11.x zum Einsatz kommt koennte es sein, dass
in:

  /var/lib/opengroupware.org/.libFoundation/Defaults/ogo-nhsd-1.1.plist

der Eintrag:

  NGBundlePath = "/usr/local/lib/opengroupware.org-1.1/conduits";

fehlt.
