It should not be overly complicated. The biggest thing is that you  
need to have quite a big UI to specify the person you want to search  
for (its a searchfield inside the searchfield ...).

Though if you just want to search for the logged-in account this  
should be rather easy (just a checkbox whether you want to restrict  
the search to the owner/contact).
