You should add your Defaults to your backup procedure. :)

SkyFSPath ("/var/lib/opengroupware.org/fs") for filesystem projects.
I'm not certain what the one for DB projects is,  the default Default
should be correct (usually "/var/lib/opengroupware.org/documents")

Also make sure your permissions are OK.  "~/documents" being rwx for
your ogo user.

Can you save user defaults correctly?  They save to the same place as
BLOBs (documents for database projects).

I'd assume either location or file permissions; assuming you have a good
restore of your lost database.  The database schema hasn't changed for
ages.

Do you see the documents listed in the projects?  IE, they are listed
but not accessible?  Or do they just not appear?
