I think the real question is, is there a way to make the drill down view for
a team the default.

example: Peter
- Peter is a Member of Team Montage
- Is it possible to set the Team Montage View in the Calendar as Default
  View?

Some people get confused because they do not need their "private" Calendar,
they mostly need the Team View of the Calendar.
