no, i use the WebUI. if i log out and go to the calendar tab, my personal
calendar view is selected.

yes, true.
(english really isn't my language, hopefully i don't confuse people ..)
i try to summarize..
- there is a calendar tab
- in this tab in the left upper corner there is a filter selection
- if i choose there a team, lets call it "montage"
- and after that create an new event, the team 'montage' is preselected as
Participants
- every thing is fine
but there is no way to get the filter for the team 'montage' as default.
So in my special case the most common error for people is, to wonder why
nobody noticed their appoitments (because they didn't add the team for
reading, or they used the wrong calendar view).
For them it would be more common if their team(s) are always preselected,
and only if they want a private entry, delesect them.
