Please point me to the section of the WebDAV RFC which states that.
Uniqueness is only specified for relative URLs.
A name is just a name, not an identifier or key. Just like in RL.
Anyway, the appropriate forum to resolve this is the official WebDAV
mailing list. Please move there if you want to further discuss this
(I'm on that list too).

I understand how it works and I also understand the motivation behind
it, thanks. And I outlined why this is a bug.
No offense intended though. IMHO its very nice software :-)
