Ok, funny news: the problem seems to arise only with "text only" ascii files.

If I add an html/odt/pdf/tar.gz file I can successfully link all these kinds of
files from any task (I guess this works also for other recognized file formats).

If I add an ascii file and call it "test.txt" the problem happens.

If I add an ascii file and call it "test" the problem happens.

If I add an ascii file and call it "test.odt" the problem happens.

If I add an .odt file and call it "test" or "test.txt" the problem happens.

So it seems we hit a bug with linking to ascii files?
