[OGo-Users] Disable save of sent "new appointment"-email

Hi,

When one of my users wants to send a "new appointment" email he gets 
presented a page where he can either enter his username, password and 
email server or choose to send the email without saving it into the 
sent-email folder.

I would like to know if it is possible to set somewhere a flag so that 
this page never gets shown and the email is not saved on the email server?

We have OGo 1.1.6 running here.
