No idea;  but Debian installs seem to generate allot of noise. :)

I suppose it depends on how different Sarge and Etch are;  about which I
have no idea.  'not possible' seems a bit strong,  but it way well be
non-trivial.

Runs great on openSUSE;  **UNOFFICIAL** packages at
http://docs.opengroupware.org/Members/whitemice/misc/OGo20070325.tar.gz/fil=
e_view - but they work for me;  since I built them. ;)  I test them on a na=
ked openSUSE install in VMware and they work there.  Currently the official=
 builds lag behind the current distributions. =20

These are TRUNK builds,  if you want an official stable build you should
install a distribution + version for which there are official stable
packages.
