ok, I found the /usr/local/OGo-GNUstep/Library/Makefiles/GNUstep.sh

I think I have to copy the file, then one system user sources this file, the 
other one the copy. I am only wondering, which Variable I have to change so 
that the second instance is looking below 
e.g. /usr/local/share/opengroupware.org-SECOND/templates/
