[OGo-Users] OGoAddressMapLink

Hi,

while having sth. else in mind, I came up with an OGoUIElement 
OGoAddressMapLink. It can be added into e.g. the LSAddressViewer templates.
The OGoUIElement adds an icon, with an external link behind it, to each 
address view. The URL can be configured to e.g. point to google maps, or any 
other map service via a Default. Essentially it is based on SkyDialNumber.m.

I'll cleanup/update that page a bit, maybe tomorrow.

I found it handy to have such a link next to an address, so maybe someone 
else too. feedback is welcome.
