Enable bundle manager debugging (described in the WMOGAG debugging section) 
 and it should report the directories where it searches for bundles and the 
bundles it discovers.

Bundles are managed by the "NGBundleManager"

You must always run all OGo processes as the ogo user.

This must be Debian?  But you shouldn't have to source anything.
