[OGo-Users] CTI & Asterisk - working

  I've finally got click-to-dial working (or at least an icon that will 
make something happen on an Asterisk box).

  I'm using a VM for testing which appears as 127.0.1.1 to Apache...  
and not 127.0.0.1 or 10.0.2.15 (the virtual machines address), so that 
explains why the icon wasn't appearing even though the dialer was 
"registered".

  Sorry about spamming the list so heavily...  I just wanted it working, 
and I couldn't do it alone.  Thanks everyone for your help.
